We are NOT the authorized dealer and we choose not to be the authorized dealer for most of the Swiss brand watches we carry due to pricing issue. The authorized dealers are not allowed to sell their watches at discounted prices.

Watches offered by Watchesplanet.com may come with the Manufacturer's warranty or its Seller's warranty which may be the manufacturer or their store warranty. Please refer to the warranty information published by the seller of the item offered.

All shipping and handling costs in connection with warranty service are the responsibility of the customer. This warranty is valid only at Watchesplanet.com and company or service center appointed by Watchesplanet.com to provide its Store Warranty or Seller's warranty. The name of the company or service center appointed will appear on the warranty document comes with the watch. Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than Watchesplanet.com or its appointed company or service center will void this warranty.

Both the Manufacturer's Warranty and our Store's or Seller's Warranty cover material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of delivery of the purchased i.e. defects. The defect will be serviced/repaired free of charge during the warranty period.

However, the Manufacturer's Warranty and Watchesplanet.com Store's or Seller's Warranty do not cover the following:-

- the life of the battery

- normal wear and tear and aging (e.g. scratched crystal; alteration of the color and /or material of non metallic straps and chains, such as leather, textile, rubber; peeling of the plating);

-any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal/abusive use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (knock, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.), incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the use directions provided by the user manual that comes together with the watch.;

-indirect or consequential damages of any kind resulting from e.g. the use, the non-functioning, the defects or the inaccuracy of the watch;

- the watch handled by non-authorized persons (e.g. for battery replacement, services or repairs) or which has been altered in its original condition beyond our control.

Any further claim against Watchesplanet.com e.g. for damage additional to the above described warranty is expressly excluded.
