We offer 30 days return policy for items sold on our website and fulfilled by Amazon. However, items offered and fulfilled by other partners, sellers or merchants may have different return policy.
You may return it within the return period for a refund if you are not satisfied with the item received. Please refer to the return policy published by the seller for every each item offered
Please log in to your Amazon Account and send your return request to the contact or email address provided in Your Amazon Account.
Our Return Policy is subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. The watch can only be returned if it has NEVER been worn. If you think you may want to return your watch, DO NOT try/wear it and DO NOT remove/cut the security tag. (if any) Item considered ACCEPTED if the security tag has been cut or removed. (no return/exchange will be accepted).
The security tag is a small tag that placed to the watch (the buckle or strap) to make sure the watch is unworn/unused and in its original condition.
2. Return will be refused and we will not issue any refund if the watch sign of being used/worn. These include scratches, blemishes, dents or dirt and other such signs of use. Do not size or alter the strap/bracelet in any way. PLEASE DO NOT do anything (open the back case, trying on your wrist etc. ) to the watch if you want to return it.
It is impossible to wear a watch (even for short) periods and not get it scratched or blemished. If the watch shows the slightest sign of being used/worn, we cannot accept it and we will be unable to issue a refund, as we do not sell used or refurbished merchandise. In such cases, the item will be returned back to the buyer if the buyer agrees to pay for the shipping cost. All watches must be returned in new, unworn condition, and will undergo quality checks."
3. Enclose the unworn/unused item(s) with all all original packaging material, unused/unfilled warranty card and instruction booklet into your return package.
4. Please log in to Your Amazon Account and send your return request to the contact or email address provided in Your Amazon Account.
5. Returns over the return period or without authorizations will be refused. Return authorization code and instruction will be emailed to you when we receive your return request.
6. NO Restocking fees offered for most of the items. However, a 8% restocking fees or minimum $25 will be charged on return of certain items. Please refer to the return policy published by the seller for every each item offered.
7. Special order is NOT returnable/exchangeable except due to defect or discrepancies. You will be informed if your order is considered a special order.
8. Shipping charges for some of the return items are non-refundable.
