Most orders begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your order will be shipped once your payment is approved, the receiving address is verified, and the item is located in stock. If an item in you order is not currently in stock, you will be notified by email. You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you.

Due to security reason, please be sure that an authorized adult will be at the shipping address given to sign for your package within the estimated arrival period. (subject to the shipping option selected upon checkout) We are not responsible for lost or stolen if there is nobody at the shipping address given to sign for your package when the courier attempt for delivery or if the package was signed by an UN-authorized party at that address.

NEVER sign a signature release form if your area is not a safe area. We will NOT responsible for any package lost due to a customer having signed a "signature release form," which would authorize our courier to leave the package in front of the door without signature. The buyer is 100% responsible for any lost packages caused by signing a "signature release form."

If your order is being delivered to an office building, apartment complex or similar facility, or to a public institution such as a hotel, hospital, school, etc., the carrier may accept the signatures of mailroom employees, receptionists, and similar administrative personnel upon delivery. Upon signature or acceptance by such personnel, we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our entire delivery obligation for your order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items delivered in accordance with the delivery practices noted above.

To avoid any delay, you may call the carrier's location/local office when the package arrives the destination location/country. Just provide them your tracking number and the carrier would be able to help you for delivery.

You can either arrange to pick up at their station or request for door-to-door delivery service. Package will be delivered directly to your shipping address (your door) if you do not call FedEx to arrange. In this case, please be sure that you will be at the shipping address given to sign for this package.

Sometimes, shipments shipped out via FedEx do not officially require a signature for delivery especially during the holiday season. If no one is home to receive the package, your local FedEx driver may leave the item at your doorstep area or the driver may hold onto the package for a second delivery attempt. If you know in advance that you will not be home to personally receive the package, you may leave a signed note for the FedEx driver to make alternative arrangements.

Some of the addresses especially those located in Australia, New Zealand and some other European countries are considered the "extended area". An additional shipping cost of $20 will be charged to your order if your address is considered the "extended area". You will be informed about the additional shipping charges if your address is considered the "extended area" before we process your order.

Any changes of shipping address will have to be done by "Sender" and additional cost of $10 will be charged for reroute or reship due to wrong address given in the order form.
