Do you accept phone, fax, email or snail mail orders?

What happens when an item is out-of-stock?

Most of the items offered on our web site are in-stock items except those without prices. You will receive email from Amazon.com or the seller involved if there is any problem with your order.

How do I use your shopping cart?

Search for the items you want to buy. Click "Add To Cart" for each item you want. If you want to buy more than one unit of an item, input the desired quantity in the "Qty Product" field, and click "Update". If you need to shop for more items, continue shopping.

Is your watch authentic and are you an authorized dealer?

We DO NOT sell counterfeit watches. Watchesplanet.com sells only 100% authentic watches. Most of our watches are brand new. It will be mentioned or shown on the product's page if it is preowned. You are protected by the Amazon's A-to-z Guarantee Claims.

We are not the authorized dealer for most of the Swiss brand watches. The authorized dealers are not allowed to sell their watches at discounted price.

What warranty do you offer?

Watches offered on Watchesplanet.com may come with the Manufacturer's warranty or Watchesplanet.com's 2 years Store Warranty or its seller's warranty. Please refer to the warranty information published by the seller of every each items offered. Please refer to Warranty for warranty information.

Watches offered by Amazon.com on Watchesplanet.com may come with Amazon.com or its supplier's/merchant's warranty which may be the manufacturer or their store warranty.

How much duties/taxes should I pay? Are customs/taxes etc. prepaid? How should I pay my duties/taxes?

Sales tax is not separately calculated and collected in connection with items ordered from Watchesplanet.com unless explicitly indicated as such in the ordering process. Items ordered from Watchesplanet.com may be subject to tax in certain states, based on the state to which the order is shipped. If an item is subject to sales tax, in accordance with state tax laws, the tax is generally calculated on the total selling price of each individual item, including shipping and handling charges, gift-wrap charges and other service charges, less any applicable discounts. Do you match price?
